SEC-011. Nature of Service
Nexoria Validator is a crowdsourced intelligence platform. We provide a database of 'flagged' identifiers. Nexoria does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any report and is not responsible for decisions made by third-party server owners based on this data.
SEC-022. Prohibited Conduct
Users and Staff are strictly prohibited from: (a) Submitting false intelligence for personal gain or harassment; (b) Attempting to scrape the database without authorization; (c) Impersonating Nexoria officials.
SEC-033. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nexoria Development, its owners, or staff be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nexoria’s website.
SEC-044. Intellectual Property
The 'Nexoria' brand, the Validator logic, and all custom UI elements are the intellectual property of Nexoria Development. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
SEC-055. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site or dashboard at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
SEC-066. CDN & Asset Hosting
By using our reporting tools, you acknowledge that evidence (images/files) is hosted on our private CDN. Nexoria reserves the right to delete any asset at any time. We strictly prohibit the hosting of illegal, copyrighted, or non-intelligence related materials.
