When you authenticate via Discord, we store your unique Discord Snowflake (ID), Username, and Avatar. We also record your 'Last Seen' timestamp to manage staff activity and platform security.
Network Intelligence Logging
The Alt Management system links identifiers to prevent ban evasion. This linkage is stored in an isolated database and is only visible to authorized administrative personnel and the account owner.
Data Processing Purpose
This data is used solely to identify users within our reporting system, prevent ban-evasion, and manage administrative permissions. We do not use your data for marketing or advertising.
CDN Asset Access
When accessing evidence hosted on our CDN (https://cdn.nexoriadevelopment.com), we may log your IP address and User Agent for security auditing and to prevent unauthorized hotlinking or scraping of intelligence assets.
The Right to be Forgotten (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to request the total deletion of your data from our systems. This includes both database entries and associated CDN evidence files.
